This page covers service.agentluci.com, the Agent Luci page for hospitality groups. Agent Luci LLC runs it. We do not sell your data. We collect very little.

What this page collects

  • No forms. This page has no sign-up form and no place to type your details.
  • No ad trackers. We do not run advertising or analytics scripts, and this page does not set tracking cookies.
  • Hosting logs. The page is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Like any web host, it keeps ordinary server logs (for example your IP address, browser type and the page requested) to keep the site running and secure.

The Book a call with Luci button

The button opens a Google Calendar booking page. When you pick a time, Google Calendar asks for what it needs to make the booking, such as your name, your email address and the time you choose. That information goes to Google's scheduling service and to the Agent Luci calendar (luci@agentluci.com), so we can meet with you. Google's own privacy policy covers what Google does with it on its side.

We use those details only to set up, hold and follow up on that call with you.

The email link

The Email luci@agentluci.com link opens your own email app with a message already addressed. Nothing is sent until you press send. If you do send one, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use it only to reply to you.

The sample cards and demo pages

The approval card and the service record card on the page are samples. They use made-up data, run in your browser and send nothing to us. The test demo at /demo also runs in your browser. The /hq page is a sign-in for approved Agent Luci team members only.

What we do with your information

  • We do not sell your data. We do not rent it or trade it.
  • We do not share it for advertising.
  • We use it to talk with you about the trial and to answer your questions.
  • We keep call-booking and email details only as long as we need them for that conversation. Ask us and we will delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email luci@agentluci.com and we will reply.
