A concept for restaurants and the people who work in them

Your service record, yours to carry.

A server proves where they worked, what they did and how they served, without handing a stranger their whole history. A manager vouches once. A guest tips the person who served them.

The problem

Good service leaves no record.

A server can work ten years and start over with a blank page. A reference is a phone call that may never come back. A review lands on a site the worker does not control. Tips arrive late or through someone else's hands.

This is a working-title concept for fixing those four things with a record the worker holds.

Who it is for

Four people, one record.

The worker

Holds the credential. Chooses which facts to show, and to whom.

The manager

Issues the credential. Revoking one takes two managers and a reason.

The guest

A paid receipt earns one review right and one tip. Each works once.

The host

Seats the room and sees who is on the floor. Never sees private history.

How it works

Proof without exposure.

Everything below is runnable today in the demo, in test mode, with sample data.

A credential you hold

A manager issues a role credential. Only a salted commitment and a status are stored. The worker accepts, disputes, or later has it superseded or revoked. History is never erased.

Share only what you choose

Show the role and the dates. Keep the employer private. A verifier can check each shown field against the public commitment.

Reviews that need a paid visit

A POS-signed receipt makes one review right. The comment is encrypted before storage. The ledger keeps a commitment and a rating, and public pages show a count only.

Tips straight to the server

The guest signs a transfer to the payout address named in the permit. Platform fee zero. The platform cannot change the amount or the recipient. Test coin only.

A payroll export

Every test tip becomes one CSV row with a stated rate method, so the paperwork question is visible from day one.

A human approves the work

Luci and the LuciDash agents propose. A signed-in person decides in the Workqueue. Agents draft, they do not publish.
